This is a two for one offer, so there is not a way to purchase an odd number of tickets.

I see there is a limit of 3. Am I correct then and thinking thinking that I can bring 6 people? Is there a fee for someone coming and just watching and not playing?

Yes you may bring six people. There is no charge for someone to come and watch. Only those jumping are required to have a ticket.
