What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We are an original and locally owned restaurant that features sweet and savory waffles and pressed sandwiches. We serve breakfast all day at the Mall of Louisiana and we partner that with our entire menu any time of the day. The choice is yours, waffle beignets, the Couchon, or a Cinnawaffle.
What is one of your most popular offerings? How is it prepared?
One of our signature items is the mac’ n cheeze waffle. It is a “waffle” baked in a waffle maker, topped with roast beef and au jus.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Three food and beverage professionals thought, “What all can we make in a waffle maker?” and the creativity started there. Our original ideas included the fudge brownie waffle, waffletta, mac’ n cheeze waffle, and strawberry wafflecake, along with the loaded waffletato (think twice-stuffed potato).
