There are many, many scathing and TERRIBLE reviews for your customer service and high pressure sales. What have you done to rectify this situation?

Over the last 10 years Ziebart has had tremendous growth, they have hired new managers to come in and reevaluate some of the people and they way they interact with customers. Their goal is to make each and every single customer a customer for life.
