Zina G. The Salon owner Zina and her staff of stylists make over manes, letting the thrum of precise snips resonate under the eaves of an original 1908 Craftsman home. Tress technicians slice locks into sleek styles with gleaming shears, then deep condition strands with a moisturizing treatment to improve hair’s manageability, shine, and strength. Partial highlights frame faces with strategically placed color in selected areas, letting patrons draw eyes to new ‘dos without throwing pennies to a jumbotron camera man. Full highlights brighten and add dimension to all regions of monochromatic manes. Prior to appointments, patrons relax in a waiting area, where flickering candles dance across the ornate curlicues of Victorian-style sofas and softly snoring relatives.

Zina G. The Salon

With a white picket fence and red front-porch steps, one would think Zina G. The Salon is just another house on the street. But once inside the American craftsman-style dwelling, built in 1908, guests see what the building really is—a boutique salon draped in elegant Renaissance-inspired decor and ornate furnishings. Black shampoo bowls imported from Italy also add to the salon's air of sophistication as well as provide a comfortable space for Zina G. and her team of stylists to prep manes for forthcoming cuts, colors, and hair-smoothing treatments, all enhanced by Unite haircare.

Really great haircut, color and style. Pleasantly surprised by the results. Lots of great comments from my friends.

Lovely ambiance in this older home. Extremely professional and very pleasant. I was especially impressed with their offer of water...it came in a nice cut crystal tumbler with frozen raspberries for ice cubes. Snacks and treats available for free while you wait. Good selection of magazines. Holly and Zina and their poodle were all great. Oh, and yes my hair looks great. Jennifer
