Natasha, bring your son, of course each of you can use one groupon per visit.

More Questions and Answers

Q:

i bought the zoo pks for two i cant print it out do you have a phone no to help me

louis c.  asked on  Jul 29, 2013

A:

Hi Louis! If you have a phone we can scan your Groupons from your phone. We ask that you have your app open and to the voucher screen when you approve a cashier since that will move things along much faster. If you do not have a phone or the Groupon app, you can visit our receptionist in the Administration Building located to the right of the ticket booths and she will be happy to print them out for you. Have fun at the zoo!

Q:

Do we have to print the groupon out? or can i just show them my phone?

Stephanie M.  asked on  Jul 26, 2013

A:

Hi Stephanie! You can either print your Groupon or show your phone to the cashier. When showing your phone to the cashier, we ask that you please have the screen on your phone open to the voucher with the barcode. The transaction will move much faster that way. We look forward to seeing you in the zoo!

Q:

does tri rail go there from Deerfield beach

Mark D.  asked on  Jul 25, 2013

A:

Hi Mark! Your best bet is to visit Miami-Dade Transit's website at http://www.miamidade.gov/transit/ or call them at 305-770-3131 for schedules and fares. They should be able to provide you with all the answers to your questions in regards to public transportation. We hope to see you in the zoo soon!

Patricia F.  asked on  Jul 23, 2013

A:

Hi Patricia! You can buy one per person for a total of three Groupons. This is definitely acceptable. It is one Groupon per person per visit and we want you and your family to be able to come and enjoy the zoo together. Have fun!

Q:

This can be used on weekends? Also, if I were to buy this, I would have access to the whole entire zoo?

Stephanie M.  asked on  Jul 23, 2013

A:

Hi Stephanie! Yes, you may use your Groupon on a weekend and you do have access to the zoo with it. Your Groupon includes admission as well as some of our additional activities inside the zoo such as monorail, two feedings as well as a souvenir cup. Have fun!

Q:

I get a discount for being a MDC employee already. I would pay about $14 with admissions & monorail. Should I still purchase the groupon for myself too to take my 3yr old into the feedings? Do adults pay for the animal feedings too if they are not feeding, but supervising the child?

SaRenna M.  asked on  Jul 20, 2013

A:

SaRenna. If the math works, we say buy the Groupon. As to the feedings, your child can join you while feeding at no additional charge. We charge for the actual food used during feeding. See you at the zoo and thanks for your service to MDC!
