This place is very structured for visits. You need an appointment. You have to buzz the entrance gate. I chose the 2 hour presentation which involved learning about the animals that they have under their care. Then we were able to have encounters with 3 primates, bearded dragon, boa, python, owl, macaw, bearcat, and snow leopard. I really enjoyed seeing the animals up close.
