Getting Started with Groupon

Creating an account allows you to manage orders, use Groupon Credits, and save deals to your Wishlist.

Account Setup

  1. Visit the Sign Up page on the website or download the mobile app.

  2. Enter your email address and click Continue.

  3. Provide your name and create a password.

  4. Click Sign Up and complete the process by clicking the link in your verification email.

Note: If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or visit the Account Verification page to resend it.

Using the Groupon App

The app is available via the App Store and Google Play Store. Use it to:

  • Browse and purchase new deals.

  • Receive notifications for local offers.

  • View and redeem vouchers on the go.

How to Redeem a Deal

  1. Navigate to My Stuff.

  2. Select the specific deal you wish to use.

  3. Review the provided usage instructions.

  4. Select View Voucher when you are ready to present it to the merchant.

Troubleshooting App Issues

If you experience technical difficulties, try the following steps:

  • Restart the app or your mobile device.

  • Ensure you are using the correct login email.

  • Update your operating system and the Groupon app to the latest versions.

  • Delete and reinstall the app to resolve persistent errors.
