Managing and Using Your Groupons

You can access your complete purchase history, including Available, Redeemed, and Expired Groupons, under My Groupons on the website or mobile app.

Key Actions:

  • View/Print Vouchers: Go to My Groupons, select See Details, then View Voucher. Avoid viewing until ready to use, as it may limit self-service changes.

  • Find Instructions: Select See Details next to your Groupon, then look under "How to Use" for specific directions.

  • Mark as Redeemed: If a used Groupon still shows "Available," select Mark as Redeemed.

  • Check Order Status: If you don't receive an email confirmation, check your spam folder or go to My Stuff, find the order, and select See Details. If "Processing," wait a few hours; if missing, check other accounts.

Redeeming Your Groupon:

Redemption methods vary by deal:

  • Present Voucher: Show your digital or printed voucher to the merchant.

  • Merchant Website: Select View Voucher to find a redemption code (under the barcode or "Redemption Code") and apply it on the merchant's specified website. Look for "Coupon Code" or "Groupon Code" boxes.

  • Appointment Required: Follow the booking instructions provided on your Groupon.

Important Tips:

  • Expiration Dates: Always check the expiration date; vouchers cannot be used after this.

  • Troubleshooting: If a voucher isn't loading, refresh the page or check your internet connection. For issues on merchant sites, use a computer, ensure you're on the correct URL/link from the voucher, use the exact redemption code, and contact the business directly if problems persist.

  • Privacy: Sign out of your account to hide gift purchases from others.
