How to Find Your Groupon Gift Voucher

Not sure if you got the Gift Voucher? No worries! Here's a quick fix:

1. Check Your Email Inbox

  • Look for an email with the subject: “...sent you a Gift!” from [email protected].

  • Don’t forget to check:

    • Spam or Junk folder.

    • Gmail Users: Check the Promotions tab in addition to the spam/junk folders.

2. Check Your SMS Inbox

  • Look for a message from Groupon containing your Gift Voucher.

  • Alternatively, search in your messaging app for:

    • “Groupon Gift Voucher from” in the search bar to locate the SMS.

You can also guide the Gift-Sender to resend it:

If you still can’t find the voucher, the Gift-Sender can resend it. Here’s how:

  1. Ask them to log in and go to “My Groupons” or “My Stuff” on the Groupon app or website.

  2. Ask them to find the deal they sent as a gift.

  3. Once they found the deal, they can select “Create and send gift voucher” and enter your email or phone number.

  4. They also have the option to print or share a PDF version of the Gift Voucher.

  5. Once they’ve resent it, ask them to let you know.
