How to Change Your Groupon Deal Option

While it's not possible to swap deal options after purchase, if you'd like a different deal option than the one you selected, you can cancel your order and complete a new purchase for the deal option you'd prefer.

To see if your order is eligible for cancellation, visit MyGroupons on the web or mobile app. Select your order, and if it's eligible, you'll see the option to Cancel the Order.

Note: If you purchased multiple Groupons in the same order, you'll need to cancel each one individually.
