  • Local: Refunds to original payment within 3 days of purchase if the voucher is unredeemed and no appointment has been made.

  • Groupon Goods Marketplace: Return policies are merchant-specific (check Need to Know). Contact the merchant directly for returns; refunds are processed 2-3 weeks after the merchant receives the item.

  • Groupon Getaways: Cancellation policies depend on booking method and are listed in the Need to Know. Self-service cancellation is available for Groupon-booked trips if the deadline hasn't passed. For merchant-booked trips, cancel with the business first. A Booking Guarantee offers a refund if the merchant can't book the desired stay by the book-by date.

  • GrouponLive: Most tickets are Final Sale. If not, refunds can be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Refunds are issued for cancelled or rescheduled events.
