It’s a nice cat tree overall, although the sleeping areas are pretty small. Small cats are fine but any cat over 9 lbs will not be too comfortable. They do like the built in toy.

The double-decker cat tree looks exactly like in the picture. However, it is a little bit unstable when my 8 pound cat climbed up the cat tree. The cat tree wobbled a little bit and the cubby on the second shelf(?) is really small. The cubby can fit kittens, but not a fully grown cat. Other than that, the cat tree is nice!

I’m pretty happy with this cat tree! It’s pretty sturdy and my cats immediately came over to sit on it. Only two complaints, and one is mild: it was a little annoying to put together, and the platforms are a little small. My tiny cat fits but my big one doesn’t. Big one sticks to the little cave at the base of the cat tree.

We have a fat old lab and ordered the large bed. It's very big! the cats like the extra room because they now sleep on it with him.
We did end up purchasing a memory foam bed to put on top of it, but he liked it without it.
So, might not be necessary?
