I wouldn't say it's a no pull put it definitely helps! I am very pleased with it. Helps me walk my 1 and 2 year old boys and I have much better control. I especially love the handle on the back.

Does stop mr grand dog from pulling. However, the overall harness isn't as soft as I thought it would be. Bogey doesn't like wearing the harness.
