It’s a beautiful piece overall! A little flimsy I feel on the side panel walls and I wish the floor boards fit tighter to keep the cold air out. The hooks to hold up the ceiling when opened don’t have pre drilled holes and feel like they will pull out as soon as the ceiling lid is moved abruptly;
If you yank it to hard or throw it back ...
It should hold up fine for our large pit bull

The bed is well made and it is cushy. Bought the medium size which turned out to be slightly too small for my 25 pound dog so my 6 pound dog uses it instead.

Love the availability of my dogs in the backseat tethered to the seatbelts on long trips, but not in the front seats for safety reasons. They can see us and we can keep a eye on them. Great addition to my car.
