It works okay. My dogs immediately know to stop whenever they hear the click. All I have to do is pick it up and they stop the unwanted behavior.

We purchased a different brand from the pet store and ended up taking it back. The ipets unit is far superior to the one I bought at first. I’ve had this unit for about a week and am happy with the product. Some units make you toggle between the beep, vibrate, and shock. This unit has a separate button for each...so much better, and is easier to catch the bad behavior as it’s happening. Usually, we just beep our dog and the bad behavior stops. So far, this product is awesome.

A little spotty but overall for the price, pretty decent. It sometimes seems to just stop working (after charging all night) but if I mess with it by changing the channel back to it, it’ll work again.
Puppy Potty Trainer Indoor Restroom for Pets

My puppy has not used the pad yet.She has chewed the grass pad and prefers the paper potty pads. We will continue to encourage her to use the grass pad and hope it works soon. We are also using the GO HERE attractant spray.
