I have Pernicious Anaemia witch means my body no longer is capable of absorbing B12 like it should,so I have to get a B12 shot every month,but I am one of many who need more than the normal amount set by doctors centuries ago. Working on the first bottle so my review is limited but the first thing I noticed is that it definitely knocked the acid indigestion I’d get in the afternoons and evenings. So far, so good!
