Another great stay Stayed there in August 2021 and again in August 2023. A family-run motel. The owners are very nice. A dated building, but nicely maintained. Fridge, microwave, coffee in the room. Very quiet A/C. No noise from the road or the trains with the windows closed. Right behind the grocery store, though the whole town is tiny.

Go somewhere else! Would never stay here again: curtain hooks off, curtain doesn’t cover window, food crumbs UNDER the Mattress, faucets need to be replaced; hairs in coffee gold mesh filter (ugh!), sheet covering spring mattress disgustingly stained. If we weren’t so tired and already unpacked, would have moved—lessons learned. $100 shot.

Might stay here again if it was the last motel on earth. I'd like to say don't judge a book by its cover... but this place was rough. Definitely wouldn't walk around barefoot but hey, at least the bed was pretty comfortable. I am glad it was just my husband and I and not our kids too. Feel like the stairs and upstairs deck are not up to code. Extremely pricey for what you get, the pictures definitely give false hope.

Wouldn’t recommend The exterior of this motel is dreadful and nothing at all like the photos. We drove up what looked like an empty car park between multiple chairs being used as bollards. Dead plants and old broken signs around the lobby entrance and the lobby itself was dusty and full of cobwebs. I felt like leaving but we’d already paid (btw, this place is overpriced for the standard). How an owner can be happy with their business looking like this is beyond me. The rear of the property looked really sketchy but we admittedly had no issues. Our room was on the second floor. The stairwell was smelly and full of flies. The flies eventually found their way into our room underneath the door. Just gross. The room looked like it may of had an update in the last 10 or so years. The bed appeared clean and I certainly hope it was. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker included in the room. One of the photos on the booking site we used showed a basket of treats in the room, unsurprisingly, this doesn’t happen.

Pretty dicy! Stay at your own risk. Rooms are decent if you can deal with a European toilet/shower combo, but over priced. I expected much nicer based on photos, but the first impression was so awful we almost left, Exterior was dirty and in desperate need of some TLC. It doesn't cost anything to pick up garbage and cigarette butts, blow away the dirt and hose down the sidewalks! Quaint town, but not much to offer. Bed was comfy and sheets appeared clean. But the carpet was filty, drapes were falling off and I was afraid to touch the comforter, I'm embarrassed I brought my parents here on what was supposed to be a nice quaint stay. We definitely won't be back!
