Nice overnight stay A very nice clean, comfortable, and quiet room. The bar was fine, but be aware of the charges during "happy hour." We weren't aware and feel we were overcharged for just a daquiri and a Modelo. But it has a good location around restaurants and we enjoyed our stay.

Dirty Room! Rm 323 wreaks of something that smells like rodent urine! I am sorry that is the only way I can describe it! I am so glad to get out of that hotel, it seems like I can still smell that scent on me!! The only reason I stayed was because of a family event being held there for my husband’s side of the family. I read the reviews & against my better judgment & to give my husband more time with his family I booked it anyway. I have never stayed in a Hilton Garden Inn that was this bad! You can tell they have tried to mask odors in the lobby & make it presentable, but when we stepped off the elevator to the third floor I could start to smell the difference. It was difficult for me to sleep in that room with the smell on top of dirty carpet and chairs, and mold around the tub and doors/ceiling (see my pics). No I would not stay there again, even for a free night & would not recommend to anyone! On top of that we were charged for some item from their grill that we did not get!! I still fell dirty & can’t wait until we get home, shower & wash all our things!

About average for a HGI Standard, slightly less than average HGI. As a Diamond, I see a lot of HGI's, and this property was ok, but nothing stood out. The room was fine, you want an odd number to be on the retail side, not the interstate side. The fitness center is very small, and they do not have the newer equipment with tv's. Also the weights are not complete, big gaps. The breakfast was fine, service was a bit slow but the quality was fine and the F&B allowance covers the meal. The good part is this is in a retail area, and there are multiple dining (sorry chains) options literally attached to the parking lot or a block or two away. Easy off/on the interstate, would stay here again if in area.

Christmas Party We held our company Christmas Party here last week and had a wonderful time! Michelle, Matt, Dominique, Alec, and Debbie were so helpful and made the whole process easy. The room was we used was set up well, everything was perfect! The entire staff was friendly and kind to all of us and we will use them in the future! Thank you all!

Poor front desk support and management Room was not fully serviced (clean sheet, towels, etc) when requested. Room was made the following day but not with clean sheets. Was also overcharged and am having trouble getting the credit back. I recommend getting any billing issues resolved before leaving the hotel as it has been time consuming trying to get the overcharge refunded. I had to submit a dispute charge to my own credit card. Very disappointed with this Hilton Garden Inn!!
