front desk Paul Jackson, who works mornings at the front desk is a remarkable example of hotel hospitality. I'm an airline flight attendant who stays at multiple hotels every week and this employee stands out from others in my 23 years of weekly travel.

Seen better days - okay for 1 night Stayed while in town on business due to proximity to where I needed to attend a meeting. The staff, especially Kiersten, is very nice and friendly. However, the hotel has seen better days and could use a serious refresh from carpets to walls and even furniture or bedroom items. I went to grab a towel off the towel rack and half of the rack came off with the towel! The shower and toilet were both pretty well used, and there were zero washcloths in the room...only large towels and 2 hand towels - not sure if that was an oversight or intentional. Even though I have status with Marriott (Titanium) they gave me a room facing the freeway so there was noise from cars and the airport all night long. Although the restaurant is open, it closes by 9pm which is a little early given proximity to the airport. Not having eaten, Kiersten did tell me there were a few food items prepared by the restaurant in their cantina so I bought a salad which was decent and not over priced. Hard to say if I would stay here again - based on the staff, it's a big YES, but based on the quality of the furnishings and overall appearance of the hotel, it would be a NO.

After a long day a pleasant greeting at night After a long day of being mishandled by our airline which caused an overnight stay we we give a voucher to this hotel. The front desk attendent Anaelle L could not have been more accomodating. Further as we had been given vouchers from the airline for food the manager Kiersten A worked with us to make the best of a less than optimal situation. Their kindness and attention could not have been more appreciated.

This place is a dump and management is terrible Had to stay 1 night as I was transferring hotels for an early AM flight. This hotel needs a major refresh - it’s old on the inside and outside. My room faced the freeway, was next to a train, and had airplanes flying over (a given since it was next to FLL). The train and freeway part sucked. The room was old and small and had a wall until AC. The bathroom was dirty and the toilet was running when we walked in. Very little amenities. Luckily it was only 1 night. In the AM, we got to the front desk at 7:01 AM (1 min late) for our shuttle - we signed up the night before for 7 AM - and management said the shuttle left and that we had to get there 5 min early. WTF. At least tell us. Worst part, no apology or empathy from them. Worst hotel I’ve stayed at in a looooong time. Will never be back.

Happy Camper We chose this place because of proximity to the airport, and the room price was very reasonable. The check-in went smoothly and were directed to a 2nd floor room that faced AWAY from the interstate. The room cleanliness was very good, and were pleased with the modern decor and furnishings that were offered for our 2-bed room. The parking fee is $5 though, so be prepared for that. Very quiet and comfortable stay overall. There are no close by restaurants, so check out the nearest locations before you book.
