Clean place, friendly & helpful staff! We were visiting Illinois for the 2024 eclipse on April 8th and booked 3 nights at Sleep Inn. We modified our plans and one decision that was very easy was to stay there for a 4th night! While the bldg shows some signs of age, it was immaculately clean. A chair in my room was missing a bolt which made the arm unstable. I mentioned it before we left for the day and it was repaired when we returned. Sharon and her staff were all very helpful, attentive and friendly, making our stay (almost) as memorable as the eclipse! If I visit the area again, I will definitely choose to stay there!

Great stay and Great value! This was a last minute stay, and looking online the reviews were mixed. When we were checking in I asked if we could see the room before paying. The front desk person was very quickly handed over the room key with NO problem. We checked out the room and found that while it was a little dated, it was VERY clean. We checked sheets, floors, and bathroom and found them all to be super clean! My husband had breakfast the next morning and said there was a lot of variety and it was good. In addition to the front desk person being kind and helpful, we had several other employees wish us a good day and say hello as we walked through the hall and lobby. It was a fantastic stay!

Nice for the price Nice place for the cheap price. Staff was friendly. Beds were comfy. Carpet in hallways looked a little rough and needed replaced. . Rooms were on the smaller side but plenty of room to move around. …..Nice shower in room. Breakfast was good.

Nice Clean Place, Nice Staff This was a pleasant experience. Sharon at the front desk was pleasant and personable, housekeeping staff very polite. The King suite was really nice, complete with dishes and a sofa for a comfortable experience. Everything in the room, common area and eating area was CLEAN and neat. Will stay again when in the area.

Great experience This is one of the best hotels. We met family for Christmas. Sharon at the front desk and all the staff was super friendly. Rooms were clean and great smelling, pool and hot tub were awesome we had a great time thanks again..
