Comfortable and Quiet Traveled to El Paso for a family event. Hotel was quite close to the venue. Everyone on the staff was friendly and completed their jobs efficiently. The hotel was quiet and we could not hear city noises while inside. The facility has a guest laundry which was secure and clean. The housekeeping staff did a nice job and the same could be said for the breakfast room staff. Thanks to everyone for making this stay so pleasant. It was appreciated.

Thieves and liars!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Unless you're ok with the housekeeping staff stealing from you and the management doing NOTHING about it. Worst. Experience. Ever. They took our money, threw some keys at us that didn't work the second day didn't give us any breakfast or check out information, said "bye" and went back to their cellphone.

Terrible "suites". Rooms are small for a "suite". If you take out the sofa bed, it block the way to the bathroom. And the "mattres" of the sofa bed was all stuck out springs and yellow stains!!! We choosed to sleep in the floor instead. Front desk service was very poor. They weren´t able to salve a thing. Rooms smell bad. I don´t recomend at all. (Roomservice staff was very nice)

Management is Incompetent. Locked out of my room for 2.5 hours. They didn’t have a physical key on site and didn’t even call the person with the key for 2 hours. They told me they called the manager with the key. They didn’t. They called someone without a key. I was late to work. They didn’t care. I called the corporate office to complain. They said the hotel reported they offered me 5,000 points for my inconvenience and that I refused the points. It’s a total lie. They never offered me anything. Just trying to cover themselves. Such incompetent management. Who doesn’t have a key on the property? What if someone had a stroke and they couldn’t get in the room? Unbelievable.
