Dismal upkeep, friendly but out-of-touch We were reassigned rooms because of a sink that wouldn't drain, and didn't discover until settled in the second room that there was no electricity to the outlets on one entire side of the room. The place felt very run-down. The staff was friendly and helpful, but not wearing the masks that according to signs posted everywhere were mandated. That didn't give us confidence in their attentiveness to Covid-appropriate cleaning practices.

Worst location The staff at this location is very unprofessional and unless you want to do all the work they are supposed to do on your trip to this location I would not book here! Rooms were not the cleanest, smelled like cigarettes even though it was non smoking

Better accommodations in the dumpster No fake news here; the reviews are accurate. I booked a room for a friend who was visiting. The room was horrifying: Curtains hanging by a thread, sink did not drain, refrigerator door completely off. It was an outrage; had to move to another property after first night.. They should be shut down until they can remodel and present themselves as a hotel.

Disgusting hotel DISGUSTING This hotel should down the owners should be ashamed of themselves. Disgusting hotel, smells of cigarette on the resident floors. The hotel rooms are very old, the bathroom in my room was even older and disgusting - stains and broken walls. The hotel rooms didn’t lock. The carpet was old and moldy, torn linen sheets, room smelled like smoke. The flush didn’t work, the hair dryer caught on fire, shower rod was broken, the bathroom was full of stains, towels and linens had stains.

Zero stars isnt an option Are you serious? This hotel is disgusting and in major need of management/renovation. Aside from the front desk fellow, I thought I had walked into a nightmare. Literally my skin was crawling from the time we set foot in the building. With a pool in disrepair, you could smell the musty odor of month old chlorine, like a dirty locker room. As we made our way up a creaky and yet again stinky elevator, we were curuous what our room would hold. To no surprise, a condom in the toilet, mascara on the hand towels. The lock on the front door was missing, while various stains and spots decorated the place to resemble a very 70s hair band party room. I purchased the room on a site(Snap Travel), which is non-refundable. Should have known, you get what you pay for. My perception on Ramada hotels has changed. The manager told me corporate is in town for this very reason. I hope they are staying at that hotel.
