The saddest hotel I've ever seen I thought the hotel had closed down, everything outside was so overgrown. Inside the grimy glass front doors, one staffer, a young man seemed confused that we were there. Computer-printed signs posted everywhere read saying "No smoking!" "Mask required!" "No breakfast served because COVID!" A rolled up rug in the lounge area looked like a renovation had begun a year ago ago and abruptly stopped. This hotel today bears no resemblance at all to the photos included in this listing. The room was damp and musty and seemed to be missing furniture. Everything seemed worn out, the furniture, mattress, linens, even the few people who worked there. The lock on the door at the end of the hallway had clearly been pried off so that anyone could come and go. When I told this to the desk staff he just looked at me and blinked and said "OK." Not safe at all. Several of us were trying to check out around 10 am and we all stood around in the lobby area, calling on the provided house phone. One woman said she'd been trying to find someone for an hour. Finally the same young man appeared, and again he seemed confused who we were and what we wanted. I don't know when the photos from this listing were taken, or when the positive reviews were written, but I am guessing they are all from several years ago, perhaps when this hotel was under different management. This is a really forlorn little place. It's not worth it to be close to the highway.

Avoid this hotel There was trash laying on the ground next to a overholding trach container. The room they attempted to put me in had not been cleaned, there was a stain on the sheets, used soap from previous guest was in the shower, spider webs, water stains on the ceiling.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed in We booked the hotel online while traveling. Other hotels nearby were booked. As soon as we pulled up, we thought “uh oh.” Not even Tom Bodett would stay there as the hotel sign’s light was out. The property was not well maintained as you could see weeds everywhere surrounding the hotel. As we were checking in, there was uncertainty between hotel staff as to whether or not our room had been cleaned. Someone went to check. We also heard other people arguing with hotel staff about dirty towels. (A woman was in the lobby dripping wet after a shower saying that the towels were dirty.) Another man was given sheets to make his own bed. And another woman was asking for a trash bag because the trash had not been removed from their room. This was all heard while I was in the lobby checking in. When we got to our hotel room, the key didn’t work. The hotel staff person then came and had to let me in my own room. When I went back to the lobby to get keys, the line was too long, so I wasn’t even given keys for our one-night stay. The room was dirty. Bugs were all along the window/wall. There were potato chips in the bed. And the towels had not been cleaned. There was black stuff all over one and makeup on another. To top it all off, for some reason we were charged $10 more than our online quoted price. Don’t ever stay in this hotel. Ever. Drive further if the nearby hotels are booked. I will never even stay in another Best Western after this experience.

Horrible The room was terrible, there were ants all over the bed. Reserved a king bedroom, I got two queen mattresses put together. The bathroom had a foul smell. The bed sheets were dirty on top of all the ants, also, when I asked for new ones, I had to put them myself l on the bed. And the sheet only fit one of the two mattresses.
