Great deal for the price We stopped for the night between Gatlinburg and the North Carolina outer banks. We were really happy with the hotel for the price (less than $60 total for a week night). The beds were good enough we overslept and had to rush to get out the next morning lol The woman at the late night front desk gave 5 star service.

Stay elsewhere Where to start. I got this room for a concert up the street. It was paid with points so it was free. It was convenient to the venue so I figured why not The place is drab and gives off a hooker/meth vibe. I checked in and went to my room. I sat on the bed and looked around. The room was dingy, dirty and uncomfortable. After sitting a while I started getting an itch a decided I had to leave. I never spent more than 15 minutes in this room. I’m surprised I didn’t see any hookers or bloodstains. Sorry I booked this place even if I were free, could’ve used my points elsewhere

nasty hotel this is one of the nasty hotels I have ever stayed. The only good thing I can say about it is.The night front desk lady is nice. The room smells like smoke. The door did not seal. And it was full of loud drunks. Loud music all night.phone did not work to call the front desk and was nasty. We move a chair in front of the door and used forks and papers under it.And at 5 o'clock in the morning someone was trying to open the door.It is not in a very good neighbor hood but it was all I could find at the time.

Served its purpose We stayed here because of the proximity to the Amtrak station as we had an early train to catch. The breakfast was grab and go which was perfect for our needs. However, the room was dirty, and smelled of cigarette smoke even though it is a no smoking facility and there is a fine for smoking in the room. There was also a $50 damage deposit which kind of explains what type of clientele this place attracts. If I ever take a train in the early morning, I'll look for a different hotel.

Family post-Covid gathering This place is an overpriced dump based on our 3-night stay, June 7-10. Room 202 accessed by a dirty emergency exit type stairway (same dirt and trash was there all 3 days), only one washcloth and one hand towel was provided (we had specified 2 guests in our reservation), a nearly used roll of toilet paper was the only one in the room, curtain had a 3' long tear, chair at desk was very soiled in the middle of the seat (can only imagine the source!!), breakfast food was terrible. Need I say more to suggest you go elsewhere??
