Pleasant hotel I was a little leery after reading some reviews. But I was pleasantly surprised. Every employee that I encountered were very pleasant. Check in was easy. I enjoyed the hot tub after a long day walking. Our room was clean and the bathroom was fine. We enjoyed our breakfast. I especially enjoyed that you go and make your own coffee from the hotels coffee pot so you aren't charged for the coffee as part of breakfast. We didn't eat dinner here because their menu was limited. But every night they had the most delicious oatmeal rasin cookies free for the taking. The only problem we encountered was an extremely noisy neighbor one night, but that's not the hotels fault. If he were there the other nights I would have requested a change of room.

Overall, good stay...But NO Shower Curtain! I booked a room to have a place to shower & rest after concert. The room was ready upon arrival @ 6pm. I left for the concert & came back just after midnight to notice no shower curtain. Front desk said the hotel was booked & any potential extras were locked up by housekeeping, who wasn't there till morning. I felt this odd to not have a shower curtain in the room and to no have the overnight front desk staff equipped to handle a unique situation such a this. It put them and myself in an awkward spot. We checked out/left around 9:15 and heard nothing from anyone on my request for a shower curtain so I could shower. Any other person staying longer or truly needing a shower may have used it and made a complete mess of the bathroom. Hopefully they stripped our beds after check out.

Meh... It was a clean room- but small. Nice staff at check in. The tub had some discoloration/mold on the tile. It felt like a money grab. $200 (after taxes) on a week night. Breakfast not included. And $2 for bottled water in the room? We all know bottled water is $0.10 - please don't insult me by up-charging water.

Excellent stay I stayed here for a client event at Hershey's, great place to stay, rooms are great, staff was awesome and recommended a diner by the street. We enjoyed it very much, review coming soon. Very close to the Main St and the Hershey Park attractions.

Bring your Chlorox wipes and Dyson. This place is NASTY! This hotel was suggested by a conference sponsor. I did not question booking here because it was a Hilton but the Hilton name no longer guarantees a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The first clue to what was to come was the dingy hallway carpeting. The room carpeting was no better. I was relieved I brought antibacterial wipes but disappointed I didn’t bring a vacuum cleaner. Assisted housekeeping by wiping down surfaces. The a/c unit may have been wiped down once but it wasn’t in 2024. I can’t imagine what may have been spewing out from it. The bathroom floor had fingernail clippings, discarded mints, bobby pins and assorted debris in the corners. Hair adorned the bathroom fixtures. The towels were sparse in number and thickness. The next morning (We had already unpacked and were exhausted so elected to wait until morning to address the situation.) we asked the front desk to have the bathroom cleaned. They scribbled a note and assured us it would be taken care of. Returned in the evening to find it was never cleaned. Pack your own pillows unless you prefer flat, non supportive ones. The sheets were tissue thin. The mattress was one level above a futon. Needless to say, we did not sample any of the food offered downstairs. We could not wait to get home to drop our germ ridden clothing into the washer. We have felt cleaner after a day on the NYC subway. This place is a petri dish.
