So so stay at The Best Western in Liverpool, NY. No maintenance person in the weekend. Breakfast was minimal. We stay at The Best Western, in Liverpool, NY every year around the same time. Quality has suffered. No maintenance person works on the weekend. We had an issue with missing, expired lightbulbs. Breakfast was nothing special. Water was not hot enough for me. We will be seeking out another place to stay next year.

No supervision in pool area and air conditioning not working The young clerk took clean towels to the pool. Saw kids running and pushing, screaming and throwing themselves in the pool. And just ran off. I went to see how busy the pool was before my handicap boyfriend joined me. I sat in hot tub thinking they would calm down seeing an adult. But not at all, the one watching kids was maybe 18 and pulled and pushed them in the pool even worse and laughing, trying get my attention. 2 kids ran in hot tub and I yelled to get out. After 5 min of more craziness I went to front desk and complained. He said they are also guess. I said we'll hopefully one won't drown and get hurt seriously or you’ll lose your job. Another couple came to the pool area and also were not impressed. Our room was nice and clean but air conditioning was unable to be lowered. Was freezing. I had to unplug it. Always go to Best western and am top loyalty member. But this was not impressive, and I demand a credit. Petiteblueeyes@hotmail.com

Horribly dirty This hotel was dirty, broken items, no microwave and ants in the food area! Noisy and bad service and highly over priced!

VERY, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Unresponsive, dishonest staff! We left 2 jackets in the closet ( our fault) and realized 1 hour after leaving. Called and Kerri ( the woman who checked us out) said they are right here, the cleaning crew discovered them. Since they had our credit card, I asked if they could be send them to us and charge it to our account. Kerri said will do. A few days later, called, spoke to another employee who listened and said the manager would call that day.....several days went by.....no response....was told Kerri didn't work there anymore. Contacted corporate offices was told they'd investigate and get back to us..no response.

One Night It was OK for one night. The air conditioner worked, but there was no way to have any control over it, so it's a little chilly at night. They want a $100 deposit back on a credit card, not a debit card, and they make you sign an elaborate contract. Nothing I've seen in my 30 years of traveling. The staff was okay. The room was okay. It was clean. We had hot water. We got a decent night's sleep.
