Comfortable and great location Comfortable rooms. Carolyn the manager is great! Maintenance comes quickly when you need them. Very conveniently located close to major highways and stores. The only drawback is there is a shortage of housekeepers and the rooms don't get cleaned as often as I wish.

It was alright At first look this hotel seems great and it's not bad there were just a few things that were unpleasant. It is in a quiet neighborhood, kind of tucked back. When we first pulled in, there was another guest pulling in behind us and he sped past us at least 45 mph, jumping the speed bumps, laughing hanging out of his window. I go into the office to check in there's no one at the desk but I hear a Ja Rule song blasting from the back so I call out "hello" a few times. Then a young man comes to the front after 5 or so minutes, I check in, and he explains all of the rules to me. We pull to a spot closer to our room, which is on the backside of the building. There isn't parking on the backside of the building so you can't park next to your room if it's on that side. We have to park in the front and walk around, unfortunately the only walkway to get there was through the smoking area. I don't smoke, neither does my husband and we had our children with us. There were some shady looking men always hanging out in the smoking area so we constantly had to walk past them. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. AC worked great and the shower was nice and hot. We had the king bed with sleeper sofa, there were no sheets, blankets or pillows for the sleeper sofa. So I went to the office to get sheets and pillows for it, there was a sign on the counter that said 'back in a few minutes'. I saw the front desk clerk through the window in the door, he was about 20 feet away talking to a man. He saw me, I waved even so he would know I am waiting on him, he continued to stand there and talk. I waited almost 15 minutes and I looked down the way again like maybe he's on his way back now, nope he picked up a bag of laundry and started walking further down the sidewalk. I was fed up waiting so I gave up, went back to my room and split up my sheets and pillows for the kids to use. One real complaint is when I woke up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, I turned on the light and TWO ROACHES!! I killed them, it was disgusting. I would have went to the office and complained but who knows if that guy would even be in there and how long I would have to wait. Not sure if we would stay here again, like it wasn't bad, we made due. The reason we were even staying here is because our youngest son is in the NICU in the hospital right down the street and it was close and convenient to the hospital to be able to visit him.

So much for hospitality. Very rude employee, went to get silverware and plates like you guys advertise. She was completely rude and said I needed to come before 10:30 pm, I did not see anywhere in the room that said a time, it also was not even 10:10 pm yet, she also said she couldn’t do it because she had “all these other people to check in” there was only 2 other people. Not only is she rude, she’s lazy. EDIT: let me put a little bit of a back story on this. I was staying at a hotel closest to the hospital my mom was at because she had been life flighted out due to a brain aneurysm. I flew in that day. I am celiac, which means I have to follow a strict diet. All I wanted was two plates and two forks, for what I had ordered for my self through Uber Groceries.

I think I would stay again. NOT BAD, BUT could be better. This place is an extended stay concept minus house keeping and consistent front lobby support. There are consistent signs through out for no smoking and no smoking weed _. After hours entry is comprised of a key code th at you receive during daytime front lobby or text message. ALSO EXPECT A SEPARATE EMAIL AS I DID NOT KNOW OF THIS; until I happened to check my email while filling up gas on the way to the “hotel/apartment”. I was unaware that I had to register in a separate database from the Hotel.com website that I booked from. So eventually you get a door code that opens your door, pool, and after hour side entrance to your floor that this needs the same code to enter your floor. My code didn’t work until I hit the “#” on the key pad… that was never told to me, even in email or text. Don’t expect maid service daily. I stayed 2 days and I asked about it and was told there was none available due to the “apartment” concept. Not a big deal since I keep tidy and don’t like anyone in my room. Back to the extended stay concept. There are plates, flatware, cookware, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and fridge. They give you dish soap, sponge, and dishwasher soap tablet. For us it didn’t seem that they dishes were washed by previous tenants. But none the less I clean my own dishes beforehand. SO EXPECTATION VS REALITY: for what we got; the price could have been a bit less. Yes the room was good but could have been a bit better with more variety of towels, trash cans, and blankets. One thing that can be updated is the door system. There is no lock feature on the door, merely a door latch that could be easily kicked open. There is no breakfast, but on the bright side the parking lot is brightly lit at night. I’ve seen reviews on strong complaints about the “hotel/apartment” being so close to the highway…. Well the location isn’t a secret and a quick internet search will show exactly where it is… so it is what it is and perhaps can add to the discount on the overall price of the stay.
