A New Favorite In Murfreesboro, TN. Clean and comfortable room, with good pillows, and excellent shower water pressure! Lots of free, convenient parking and a well-lit parking lot. And pet friendly for our little kitty! Geena, the front desk associate, was courteous and professional, and there was a free breakfast, and free coffee and tea in the lobby.

This place is a joke, stay away! Made a reservation for a drive back from Florida for a Thursday night but ended up getting an early start home and was going to arrive at 1:00 in the afternoon. Called hotel at 5:30 AM and asked if I could still cancel reservation without being charged. Desk clerk said that he didn't think that would be an issue and said that he would see what he could do. I asked him if he could call me if he was going to have to charge me because I would go ahead and stay if I were going to be charged anyway. He said he would and took my number. I never received a call and woke up to a charge the next morning. Called the hotel and the manager told me that they had never agreed to call me and that I had never called them. I was a no call no show and she would do nothing to reverse the charges. Every other Red roof I've stayed at allows cancellation until check in time, some later. Place is obviously not good enough to make money without screwing people over. Red Roof customer service did nothing to help. This whole company is a joke. Don't ever stay here or you will regret it.

Fairly quiet hotel with comfy bed My first stay with several days and very uneventful. The bed was soft, the shower was good enough. The fridge and microwave were nice since I was staying for work and didn't have a lot of time to go eat. I stayed again the next week, and had a very different experience. Despite having a reservation office staff was very pushy about when I would arrive and if I was still coming- I got two attempts at charging my credit card and two phone calls less than an hour and a half after I made the reservation demanding to know if I still intended to show up or not. Like I could have lost my job for getting repeated phone calls while I was at work, and the whole point of having a reservation is to make sure I have a room when I do get there. Also, I was paying for the room with points so there's no reason they should have been trying to charge me at all and when I demanded to know why they were charging me my answer was well you have a room and we're booked tonight. Yes but I haven't checked in yet and you're not supposed to charge me until I get there even if it wasn't paying with points. Also, The room I was in the second time Was supposed to be the same room type, but the layout was very different and there were no USB plugs which I was counting on so I was unable to charge my cell phone. Despite them being the same kind of king room, one of them had an executive desk in addition to the regular desk, the other had a couch and a desk. So if certain amenities matter make sure you ask when you're getting your room. Also, breakfast was an absolute joke. There's a huge sign on the juice machine chastising you for drinking too much, and the entirety of breakfast is cold cereal, Lego waffles, and bread. So if you want cold cereal or to stand in front of a toaster for a few minutes, you'll be fine but my definition of a continental breakfast generally includes actual hot food. There's also a sign at the check-in desk that if you forgot anything you can very helpfully door Dash it to your room, so apparently the days of oh crap I forgot my toothbrush are long over, which will not be exceptionally helpful if you realize you forgotten something in the middle of the night and those stores are open. Unfortunately, I am a Red Roof Rewards member and travel to Murfreesboro regularly so I will probably stay here again.

Nah … better options available in Murfreesboro You can probably do better. The hotel smells nice when you walk into the lobby area but the hotel needs better housekeeping. I usually do not frequent Red Roof Inns, so I guess you get what you pay for. Not the worst I’ve ever stayed at … but rather mediocre.

A very pleasant stay! We were driving through heading to Georgia and needed a place to stop for the night. We travel with a cat and I spent 3 hours of our drive on the internet looking for a good place and reading reviews looking for a good clean hotel. I wasn’t having very good luck. When I read the reviews for Red Roof Inn, the majority of them were good with only 1 or 2 that weren’t. We decided to give them a chance and we are so glad we did. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and we loved the fact that there is no carpet on the floors in the room. The room did not smell like wet dog which has been our experience with other hotels. This hotel was a great find and if the need arises, we will definitely stay there again. The staff was very friendly and accommodating! Thank you!
