Excellent stay with excellent people Great stay, everything was great, the team here is all about customer service. Cathy, GM, was very helpful and attentive to any needs that I had. They really made my time here really comfortable. The crew really went out their way to help me with any issue. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Clean would stay again It was clean and neat. Not much of a breakfast and only creamer no milk. They also lacked in plates/bowls. I know they are new. Staff was great just need a few more touches like coffee maker and supplies for coffee in the room. I also did not see a place to purchase items like snacks and did not see icewchines.

Bare-Bones, Not Worth the Cheaper Price Reception check in was the only good experience at this hotel. No carpet, no drapes, no dishes or glasses or utensils, No warm blanket on bed, dirt on floor, 1 small bar of soap that did not lather. Will pay the extra to stay anywhere but here in the future.

Loved the staff and my stay This was my first time staying at Extended Stay America. I did an online reservation and arrived and had a very easy check in process. I had the pleasure of working with Cathy. She was extremely courteous, informative and very nice. She demonstrated excellent customer service which made my check in and stay very easy going. If I needed anything, any information, quarters for laundry, or, help with the ESA app, Cathy walked me through it all. We need more workers like her as she is professional and so accommodating. I have sleep Apnea, when I walked into my room I saw their was only 3 pillows. I went back down to the front desk and asked for 2 more pillows. Without any hesitation, I was handed 2 more pillows and was asked if I needed any more. I was shocked! Usually, I get attitude or their is a rule about how many pillows a guest can have, nope not here! I will hopefully continue my stay as work permits, if not, I will most definitely will come back to stay again. Also, the house keepers were great also, always asking if I needed anything or needed any services. I also enjoy the atmosphere here. Everybody I have met from different states and/or countries have been very nice. Thank you ESA for making my stay so comforting!

Budget place. Avoid if possible and if you can afford any other hotel in the area. Budget place from A to Z. The most important plus is that it is clean. The room and linen appeared clean. Furniture is basic. The AC, as it is almost all hotels in US, is very loud and annoying. Keeps you up all night. The mattress is old and soft. Reception was courteous. I did not have to deal with them again for the whole 5 days. Hallways smell badly, probably because some customers cook there. They have signs everywhere asking customers not to smoke and threatening with eviction if they smoke hashish? this tells you somehow about the “clientele”. Honestly i did not feel safe at this place. Beside it is pet friendly and some dogs were scary looking. So again, a budget place, lacking any luxury. You get what you paid for. A notch above a motel.
