Not the best experience, but BY FAR our best experience in North Little Rock So this was our third paid for hotel in North Little Rock for the same night. The first two had really shady business practices - cash only cleaning fees with unlikely return of cash. Booking dog friendly rooms then turning you away and refusing a refund, etc. Thankfully, Quality Inn and Suites had a space for us and our dog. It was midnight when we arrived due to all the other booking issues, so we were just thankful for somewhere to stay. The room we were in was comfortable and had everything you needed, but there was a smell as if it hadn't been used in a long time or something went down in the room and they were trying to cover it all up with weird cleaning products. But other than that, we had a positive experience here. A little hard to find, we wouldn't have realized it was there if another hotel hadn't pointed us their way (that hotel didn't accept dogs at all, unfortunately).

Stay far away! Stay far away! Absolutely horrible. Bad part of town, infested with bugs, very rundown, paint peeling and druggies out back. The sofa in the room was so warn and dirt we didn't even dare put our luggage on it. Wish I had thought to take pics, but just disgusted! Had been on the road all day and it was later in the day, so we made the mistake of staying. Any recent positive reviews are lies!

Go Elsewhere As a Choice member who stays in hotels 300+ days a year, I like to stick with my brand. This hotel is not reflective of the choi Choice name. I’m not sure where/what they are renovating besides the lobby. Room had botched paint, stains all over the bathroom- what appeared to be burn marks near the outlets. Room key rarely worked during my stay. The staff woke me early one morning with a stranger who claimed he was staying in my room. Halls didn’t seem to be heated. Carpet full of stains, trash everywhere. No salt on the sidewalks after the water pipes burst and froze the walkway. I for some reason didn’t even receive my points for this stay, so I can’t imagine even being able to get any money back. As stated, I travel all year long and this is in the top 5 worst stays.

Run Away The worst hotel i have ever visited. Just needed a place to rest for the night....otherwise would have left. Dirty smelly hallway and room. Refused to even shower there. To quote my husband....this place is a s**** hole.

It's a Quality Inn. We needed to break up our traveling so we spent one night here. It's a tad tricky to get there because it's behind a couple of other businesses and our gps was a bit confused. LOL Front desk help was friendly. It's old and could use some upgrades but in this anti-business era, they're doing well. We saw the outside pool and it looks nice. (It was closed when we were there and is probably open only during summer months.) There is no elevator but we didn't mind walking upstairs. The room appeared to be quite clean. There was a refrigerator. There might have been a microwave too but since we didn't need one, I don't really remember. They sold a few snacks near the front desk too. We had our own food and snacks but it was thoughtful of them to have some. There was a grab and go breakfast but once again, we had food with us. Although close to the Interstate, we found it to be quiet which we really appreciated. The A/C worked. YAY! One of the nicest things was that there was a Bible in the room. We have traveled thousands of miles (by car) these last few months and so many rooms have not had a Bible so I was really glad to see that this business cared enough to have life's instructions available to anyone who is interested. :-)
