Good Stay! The hotel needs some work and the A/C in the lobby is not working. The breakfast was good. The rooms were very comfortable. I just feel bad for the employees in the front desk working without A/C should be a priority.

Relaxing stay Courteous staff. Ample parking. The Pool was fun. The pillows and beds were comfortable. The full breakfast was a plesant delicious surprise.

Great Staff, Good Sleep, and GREAT EATS! The hotel isn't in the worst part of town, but it is in a very convenient part of town. Especially for events at Camping World Stadium and Tinker Field! The building isn't brand new or super luxe, but what it does offer makes up for it. I arrived way earlier than anticipated and Catherine at the front desk was able to accommodate my early check-in. She handled everything expeditiously and even was able to honor my request for a high floor, facing the pool (which I recommend to avoid the sunshine waking you up earlier than you need be. Kudos to her for making this a painless process. The pool was clean and the best part of my stay. There were a couple others there, but no screaming unruly kids. It was very chill and relaxing, just what I needed. The breakfast was very good, plentiful, and filling. They even had hot items like eggs, sausage, pancakes and mini waffles complete with toppings. I felt it was clean and well presented. The AC in the lobby and breakfast area were not working and didn't leave a great first impression. Those working still had smiles, although you could tell it was wearing on them. However, the powerful and plentiful ac in my room made up for it. I actually had to turn it up in the middle of the night because I had set it so low thinking it wouldn't possibly get that cold in my room. It did:) I had an unordinary personal situation come up during my stay where I felt I needed to change rooms for my safety. Debbie was able to help calm me down, listen and fully understand what had happened, and she (without judgement) was able to handle my room change in the middle of the night without hesitation. I truly appreciate that and from that point on, I was able to sleep undisturbed the rest of the evening. The houseman, Rohan, was also comforting and I felt better knowing he was aware of the situation and was able to be an extra help that evening. The following morning, Ms. Rosa at the front desk was very understanding and professional to work with. She helped me with a late checkout as part of my Wyndham Rewards benefit and I was able to have a relaxing morning after my breakfast, complete with a swim and a nap before I had to go. Would I return and stay at this hotel again, absolutely! Is the staff friendly and accommodating, for SURE! Is the building the ritz? Hell no. But do they have the best mattress and pillows I have had at any hotel (including Marriott) in a long time, YOU BET YOUR NIGHTS SLEEP THEY DO!! Again, thank you to Catherine, Debbie, Rohan, and Rosa for making my stay comfortable.
