You get what you pay for! We stayed here two night for a mere $89 including resort fees and I wasn’t expecting much as we were out Al day and used it as a base, I was surprised really how nice it was. Yes it’s not the Hilton or four seasons but for $89 what do you expect? The pool was clean as were the towels, the staff were very friendly, beds comfy and clean sheets with a good shower, ice cold air conditioning and strong wi-fi . You’re 10 minutes from most park and yes some of the tiles are chipped in he bathroom and he place needs an overhaul and a good lick of paint but you aren’t paying $2-300 per night for some hotels which quite frankly have the same problems and $30 a night just to park!! We had a fridge freeze and microwave and breakfast was included as well! So before you moan about this and that, look at what you’re paying for and what you’re getting _

Get away from there!! a big disapointment! photos should have more than 10years, if you see the actual state of the facilities. Terrible ambience for family, drugs and prostituition in the hotel, anybody can see. The rooms are discusting, an insuportable smell of the old dirty carpets. broken sofa, AC not working. If you want an advise. Be awere of here. with all of this have the displacement of reject refund my reservation. Working on it with juridic department, for misleading advertising. Nothing appear like the fotos, faraway from that.

DONT BOOK I don’t really make a negative review but this is as a warning , the hotel is old and a health risk, As a single female I felt unsafe at night so locked myself in my room. arrived told I had to pay $34 service charges?. On any information I wasn’t told about this very old tired building arrived at my room which smelt really badly of damp but I just went with it ( 1st solo trip so didn’t want hassle). Ice machines don’t work key card stopped working twice didn’t see a maid all week. Staff on desk rude and ignorant ignored me whilst they were text messaging so don’t know why I paid $34 apparently that was for the shuttles you couldn’t book. SO YEAH RUN A MILE

Not bad- they lied about the shuttle For the price paid, the hotel isn’t bad. My room is clean. If things like chipped paint or a stain on the drapes bother you, this isn’t the place for you. My only real complaint is the Priceline site said this hotel has a free shuttle to seaworld. I even called the hotel last week and they said there was a shuttle to seaworld. There isn’t. There’s a shuttle that goes to epcot center and one to universal. One shuttle in the a.m and one ride in the p.m. I specifically booked this hotel for the seaworld and universal shuttle so that was a big disappointment that I have to spend money on Uber going back and forth now. There’s food and drinks at the bar by the pool. Honestly, walk 4 minutes to 7/11 and you can get the same type food (wings, chicken tenders, etc) for 1/4 of the price. I also bought 2 bottles of wine for $10 at the 7/11 instead of buying $16 drinks at the pool bar. If your room is by the pool you will hear the music they blast until they turn it off for the night. I don’t remember what time it was- maybe 10 or 11? Super glad I didn’t have my 7 year old with me who goes to bed at 7:30. Music is super loud in the room. Unless music in Spanish is your thing, maybe ask to be away from the pool, especially if you have small children that go to bed earlier. Last but not least, a guy was screaming “help me” last night for around 30 minutes around 1am. He was waking around the hotel. He kept saying they were going to kill him. I tried calling the front desk but no one answered. As I’m a female traveling solo, the whole thing made me super nervous. Luckily he stopped or at least went away after about 30 minutes and it was quiet the rest of the night.

Run! Filthy Roach Motel RUN! This is a literal "roach motel". We woke up to German roaches covering the walls. We couldn't pack our things fast enough. The carpet looks like it's laid over rocks. The room was filthy and in bed of repair. Vagrants all over the facility
