Great Customer Service I left a different property due to smoke smell in the room and walked to the DaysInn. The gentleman on duty was very kind, professional, and caring. He showed me the room and how to run the air conditioning before I accepted it. He also carried my heavy suitcase up the stairs for me, and asked about my stay the next morning. The breakfast was good, as was the location. This was a one-night stay for me on a lengthy trip, and I really appreciated the person's assistance and concern.

If you want to be disgusted This was the dirtiest room I’ve ever stayed in! Air conditioner vents had not been cleaned for who knows how long and mold smell. Bed sheets had stains . mirror was disgusting, curtains were filthy, shower still had dirt and skum and curtain wash moldy. Bath tub had soap scum and stains in it. Walls had bug smears on them in 2 places. Access door didn’t lock. Front desk refused to give a refund or clean. Stated room smells and looks clean. Ended up driving home through the night. Don’t stay here. Place should be condemned. 5 star reviews are likely fake

WORST HOTEL This hotel is BY FAR THE WORST HOTEL IVE EVER STAYED IN. I check in, the first time, the desk guy put me in a room WITH ANOTHER FAMILY sleeping in the room already. Then he put me in another room and the room smelled of mildew and mold. The shower ceiling was falling down. The fire alarm had no batteries in it. By far the worst hotel.

Works as a place to stay, but Works, got in towards 10 pm left at 8 am. Works for a quick stay but consider options if possible. Bed was missing a leg and rocked and TV had no sound. Slim breakfast, but worked to get in and out and back on road.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! This property is deplorable and looks as it did in the 70's !! I arrived late and "They had only one room left" As I asked what the rate was, he said, you look tired, I give discount. If I had known, even tired, I would have left. I got what seemed a good, moderate rate and he said if I had problems to call the desk, hmmmm! I am disabled and asked for a first floor, he said, only 2nd floor but you can drive up to the door. Ok, did that, it was quite a ways from the office and all the way to the end of the building. There were lots of people about, I believe some of them actually might be living there. I found the room, opened the door and reached for the light switch, which did not work! I stumbled into a dark room, the curtains were drawn and it took me bumping into things to find the lamp, wish I hadn't !! The room was absolutely the worst, spackling on some walls, holes, black marks on others. There was NO PHONE at all! The raggedy rust colored curtains were full of holes, The toilet was so big, you could not shut the door to the very small bathroom properly. The furniture and wall lamps were holdovers from a time I don't care to describe, YUK! Scratched and marks on all chrome and gold. There was a popcorn ceiling!! That stuff went out decades ago. The only thing looking newer was the bed. I was so tired, sat on the bed, thought about leaving but could not move after a whole day of driving. The next morning, tried to get down to breakfast on the first floor, ALL exits had stairs and by that time, I was so mad, I wrote a note for the manager and left. I have contacted Wyndham Corporate about this property and it really gives a knock to there reputation. I have stayed at a few of them on this trip, I'm a rewards member and this property needs to immediately be removed from the list! AND, it's in the Capitol of all places! Sad experience! My camera on my phone no longer works, I wish I could have gotten Pics, just read the other reviews for the truth and not the ones probably written by staff! MP from WNY
