Very unprofessional! Bed was not comfortable...way too soft. Was quoted one price, charged another on my credit card. Confirmation email did not include rates! The room was clean and quiet but their business practices questionable.

Come and Enjoy! Beach and Boardwalk View Sitting on the balcony overlooking the Boardwalk is amazing. People watching fun. Food.. excellent. I had the Korean Bowl and my husband commented he had never seen me enjoy a salad or bowl like this. He had wings… loved them so much he got another order. (Naked with old bay on the side). Service was excellent (Sean). Only one negative was in the hostess stand, close to the bathrooms, it smelled a little funky. Like the bathrooms needed freshening. Otherwise awesome and we will be back.

Bad odor from AC This is a nice older motel in a good location. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were snacks and coffee available all day. However, our room, #148 on the end, had a very bad smell from the AC--seemingly a combination of mildew and sewer. We were there two nights. We complained, but there was no evidence that anyone made any effort to fix the problem. Because it was summer and a weekend in a location near several beaches, we paid a high price for a poor quality stay.

Great staff, very basic and lacking accommodations First off, Amy and Belle are super nice and kudos to housekeeping. This was our first vacation in 5 years... Never again at this hotel. We've stayed in nicer hotels with larger rooms and pools for much less. For a pet friendly hotel, there isn't rally anywhere for your dog to do his business unless you walk along the busy highway to the neighborhood behind. What little patch of green there is at the hotel, you're likely to step in someone else's stinky business. So much for please clean up after your pet! Our double room was incredibly small to accommodate a dog crate even after rearranging furniture. You can barely move in the tiny bathroom. Very noisy being right on the main road. I don't know about the renovation that supposedly took place, seemed pretty lacking all around- especially the exterior. The nightstand USB/AC outlets didn't work. The shower and sink were old, outdated, and the shower curtain smelled funky. The dog shower on the premises is a converted mini tub with an old, leaky hose. It is centrally located and within walking distance of downtown, although getting in and out of the parking lot was sometimes tricky. Aside from the aforementioned staff, this hotel is only good if you need basic accommodations during the week. Otherwise, definitely not worth $200 for weekends.
