Awesome Let’s start by saying the location is great. The eateries around the area are plentiful. They offer a breakfast that is a buffet style. And Antonio was superb. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back

Lovely room but ultimately not worth it for us My husband and I are currently staying in this hotel. We chose it because our family is staying on Coronado and this hotel is only 15 minutes away. We love Embassy Suites properties and almost exclusively choose them for our trips if available. However, I don't think we'd stay at this property again. So let me start with the good. The hotel is recently renovated and the common areas and rooms are incredibly nice. We loved our room layout and the view of the Bay. The staff we've interacted with have been friendly and service-oriented. If you like to work out, the gym has dumbells, kettlebells, a bench, slam balls, a TRX-knockoff, a swiss ball, and 3 cardio machines. Now for the reasons we won't be staying again......There are so many small things that have really added up for us. Check-in took 30 minutes due to a really long valet line and a really long guest line once we got inside. Speaking of the valet line.... Parking is really inconvenient. You have to valet park your car and it can take up to 20 minutesto get your car in and out, especially during their "rush hour" in the afternoon, when guests are checking in. Another things that takes a long time? The elevator. It can take 2-10 minutes average to get from my floor to the lobby or vica versa. We've started just taking the stairs. For some reason, it seems like there are not enough elevators for the number of people they have in the hotel. The wifi also doesn't work in our room. There's just not enough consistent signal. The gym, while well equipped, smells awful, like stagnant water or sewage backup. It was difficult to even finish our workout. There was also no water and no towels in the gym. The first night we were here, the a/c in our room wasn't working. To the hotel's credit, the following day they sent some friendly engineers to fix it. Housekeeping also forgot to stock bedding for the pullout bed, so we had to call the front desk at midnight to get it. Again, to the hotel's credit, they delivered it in < 10 mins. And last but not least, I'm a gold member and I didn't get a room upgrade or check-in gift. Not the end of the world but combined with everything else, it's just the nail in the coffin of this experience.

Geeat We are traveling from Nashville and we’re greeted by mr Antonio who was amazing at the desk. The breakfast was good. Long lines but it was worth it. The drinks were great. I really like the location. It was fun
