Spacious and clean suite. We spend the weekend here with our family of 5, and even when it was raining sometimes we had a wonderful time. We had the king size, bunk beds and sofa bed suite and we were all comfortable. The kids enjoyed the outdoor and indoor waterparks and what I enjoyed the most was the hot tubs. The place is very clean, the kitchen has utensils, pots and pans, plates, cups , toaster oven and Keurig coffeemaker. You need to bring your own dish soap and detergent or can buy it at the reception. There is a very convenient Walmart across the street.

Best 2 Night Stay!! I and another manager stayed at Resort at Governor's Crossing on 04/30-05/01 for a work related trip. The company that booked our room really went above and beyond. We were in a 3 bedroom condo with 3 full bath rooms. The condo had a full kitchen, dining room, and living room. The one bedroom had 2 queen size, comfortable beds with a set up bunk in the corner of the room. The other room has a big , lovely king size bed with a bathroom in the bedroom. The shower was a gorgeous walk in stone shower. Then the last bedroom has another 2 queen size beds in them. And the other 2 bathrooms have bathtubs. Every bedroom has a TV as well as the living room. The room was very clean and kept up. Also, there were 2 balcony off each room. And I really have to give a big shot out to the housekeeper that cleaned our room when we checked out on 05/01 and the front desk staff for everything they did for me. I left something in my room and didn't realize it until the next morning when I desperately needed it. I was in panic trying to reach the hotel at 4:30am Saturday morning was a task but I eventually did. They had the box that I had left there and everything was still in it. I could finally breathe. So I had to take that 2 hour ride back to retrieve my important medication. So if you are looking for a resort that is wonderful, beautiful, with employees that go above and beyond, and are honest and actually care about you and your stay there. Then The Resort at Governor's Crossing should be your next trip!!

Almost like home. Room was great. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. This was our fifth time staying at the resort since September of 2024. We have already booked our stay for October of 2025. The Resort is close to restaurants and shopping. The rooms feel homey.

Family Friendly. Kids will love! Very Family Kid friendly! We got a great condo/suite, very clean and all new! Cute bunk bed area for my grandson (3yrs) loved playing in them. Friendly check in with a packet full of kids activities all day. Crafts, we received free build a bear with our stay, scavenger hunts and kids yoga. Our balcony overlooked another kids play area with play yard and areas for picnics, paths, and they have fire pits at night for s’mores. We were able to enjoy the indoor swim area and it had all kinds of fun for ages. Traffic was so bad in actual Pigeon Forge but this area was great easy access in and out. Plenty of Parking and close to everything still. We will be returning in the future!

Will stay again The resort was clean, room was nice and beds were comfortable. Had a cute view from the balcony of the event center. Was very pretty at night. Staff was super friendly. Check out was very easy. Close enough to everything without being on the strip with all the craziness.
