Always On The Ball! Plans changed, so I reserved at the Hilton on short notice. From check-in, to taking care of me, responding quickly to a problem (thank you, Stephen and Maintenance!) when my AC didn't work-Hilton is fantastic. This is why you're my favorite!

Be aware of house keeping staff Watch your stuff from housekeeping theft. I stayed for 2 nights and was surprised to find housekeeping active in my room one afternoon. These days such service is a rare event for a short stay. Ends up my Kindle reader was stolen by the housekeepers. Watch your stuff. I reported this to the hotel management and no help was provided. Thus, this review.

Racist They unjustly shut us down going against our contract and being racist on our holy event.They said they dont have exit gates for ppl as they have so much space to manage all the venue.They cancelled the contract on the last min when there was no choice for us. It was matter of around 1k ppl at the same time

Great Location Across From The Springfield Mall And Near The Highway I spent one night here at the end of my two week trip to DC. The location was great as it was near where I had to go for my work and right across the street from the mall. This was the second Virginia hotel with a pool closed for some Virginia specific issue. Again, there were no current plans to resolve the issue. The room itself was wonderful with a very comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was very good. I really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning as it had made to order omelets. The young lady cooking was very funny and professional. She started the morning off right. All in all, a great last day in a hotel for this business trip.

Avoid this establishment We booked a room for our son and fiancé to celebrate their engagement. My son said the room was very small, elevator wasn’t working properly, breakfast wasn’t great and the staff was unfriendly. The place was noisy and had a bad odor. Over all not what we expected from a Hilton property. Sadly, we were trying to see they had a nice evening. We are lifetime Hilton Diamond members and this was disappointing to hear. My husband stays during the week at various Hiltons throughout the country for work. We rarely encounter properties we are unhappy with.
