Nice stay but one night only. As a couple with a small dog it is hard to find a hotel that will take a pet. So we were pleased with that option. The room however needed help. Now we are under the assumption that those with pets probably get the rooms that do need help. So we'll give them that. But the bathroom had under the cabinet access doors falling off and just before bed we notice water backing up in both sinks that we had in the room. When we used them earlier they drained. They just backed up about a half hour later on their own. Maintenance came but said they couldn't get to it that night because of the location of the drain access. Since we only were their for the night, we let it go. The water did drain on it's own..but they have something problems going there. Breakfast was good. And be aware, unless you have kids, try to get a room away from the water slides.

Never, ever again We arrived at the hotel at 2:30 in the afternoon. We were told at the front desk that we couldn't check in until 4PM. I asked if the room was ready, he checked and told me that it was, but that we could not check in until 4PM, as it was hotel policy. We asked to speak to a manager, who also said we would have to come back at 4:00. At that point my husband said, "you mean to tell me, after I've driven 600 miles to get here, that the room I've already paid for and is clean, I'm not allowed to check into because I'm an hour early to your nearly empty hotel?" The manager finally relented but told us this was the only time he'd make an exception. Which won't be an issue because we'll never stay there again.

worst hotel stay ever!!! After requesting a room with a refrigerator and microwave, we did not get one. We went to the front desk and asked for an ice bucket and coffee and they never brought any back. Our door would not close unless you rammed it. They were not very friendly. We will never go back!!!!! As a matter of fact, we left earlier than what we had scheduled and went somewhere else!!!

Is this really a Ramada? Very worn out. Needs a complete remodel. Everything was worn out. Some rooms were missing doorknobs. It was 95 degrees out and the air in our room was not turned on. I turned the knob to cool and it fell off. Took a shower and by the time I was done the water was over my ankles. Very nasty overall condition.

Dirty and Stuffy Rooms The first thing we noticed upon arriving were bugs running around the bathroom floor and on the counter. Also, there was a very humid, musty smell. Finally, the air conditioner blew hardly any air and there wasn't a knob to control the temperature of the air so it was hot and stuffy all night.
