Minimalist room very Comfortable This is basic Hotel being converted to Delta Hotel by Marriot. My room was clean and beds comfortable with nice pillows. WiFi was much better than other limited service Hotels in Area. Restaurant was open for breakfast ,which was much better than other options in area. Free parking.

Good for business Travelers Wi-Fi was best in other Hotels in area. I was able to work on computer with efficient Wi-Fi. Even TV is latest , could watch movie on Netflix. Bed was comfortable and room clean. I will always stay here on my future trips in this area. Also can get Marriot points with stay in this Hotel.

Comfortable Hotel This was simple very comfortable Hotel with very good Wi-Fi. Bed was comfortable and room clean. They have Starbucks coffee in Lobby. Latest TV with all options like Netflix. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Will recommend this Hotel for business due to very good Wi-Fi.

Run-Down This is an old hotel that is being operated as the Woodlands Plaza until it becomes a Delta by Marriott. Everything is run-down. While it is located by the university hospital the area around it as you drive there is a little slummy and of questionable safety at night. The hotel is quiet because there are no guests. The rates are as expensive as better hotels in Toledo. The roadside Motel 6 is nicer and cheaper. Do not stay here until renovations are finished.
