Convenient Place to Stay This property is right off of I-95. It is a good alternative to staying at an expensive hotel on the beach because the beach and attractions are just a short drive. Marriott properties usually have very high standards so this review is a little critical because I expect much when staying at Springhill Suites. When we got into our room, it look like the beds had unchanged linen and been half-way made back up by one of my kids. We reported this to the front desk and Gigi was very helpful in immediately resolving the situation. Supposedly the maid claimed that the room had not been on her list to clean. "Because of COVID" they were not cleaning guest rooms on a daily basis, only upon checkout and ours did not appear to have been completely cleaned after the last guests left. This got fixed and we had no other major problems. The guests next to us did smoke a lot of pot and sometimes the smell got excessive, I don't know if the hotel ever challenged them on this, I didn't complain. We had a gecko in our room but he was friendly and it is south Florida, plus we didn't have any bugs in the room so this wasn't too bad. The property seems older than typical Springhill Suites but everything worked fine. In lieu of the typical breakfasts, they were doing take-out breakfast bags, this worked fine. If you are looking for a luxury resort, don't stay here but if you need a place with a good location, decent value where you feel safe and require the minimum amenities, it is a good place to stay. My son and I were there to do some scuba diving and it was very convenient. We happened to be on the first floor in a handicap room. This worked well because we could rinse gear in the walk-in shower and hang it to dry on the handrails. There was also an exit at the end of our hallway that we could back the truck right up to . This made loading/unloading gear easy.

Great Place to Stay but they Haven't Resumed Breakfast Service We stayed the night here for a SCUBA trip in the area. The room and the staff were fantastic. However, even though I was happy with the property, I want it noted that these properties need to either 1, lower their rates since they are not providing the breakfast service advertised or 2, resume the breakfast service back to normal. I am sick of paying for services I am not receiving. Their bag breakfast is not an acceptable offering at full booking price. There is no reason to not start up the breakfast service again. Once the hotel resumes its breakfast service, I will come review this property with 5 stars. Until then, this is the only way to get their attention publicly.

A great clean quiet place to stay. Fabulous place to call hone when in Palm Beach Florida. Great location just off the 95 freeway. Minutes from the port or beaches. Just north of the international airport. Super clean facility. Very friendly staff. Quite rooms and hallways. 24 hour coffee bar for guest. Complementary grab & go style breakfast. Heated pool. 24 hour gym . On site laundry. A great place it is for me and surely it will be for you .

Springhill This place is amazing just ask for Steve when you come in and he will give you the best service !!!! Definitely recommend it! Rooms are always clean and comfortable staff is really nice and the pool is amazing and again ASK for STEVE!

ROACHES EVERYWHERE! DO NOT STAY HERE!! I stayed at this hotel as a convenient option near I-95 is WPB. The first room did not have a working AC unit, which I should’ve taken as a sign. Instead I allowed them to move me into another room. I checked into the new room and unpacked my things, including putting my leftovers from lunch in the microwave. I went to shower and by the time I had gotten out there was ROACHES EVERYWHERE. Bathroom, kitchenette area, near bed and desk. I told the front desk and they simply offered at $20 credit. I checked out and wrote an email to the property manager, whom I’ve still yet to hear from. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE!
