It has the cooling effect but you might as week just lay on a cold towel for he pillow is so low and flat it’s like there is no pillow.

The pillow is fine. It's the way it came that really upset me. It came in a brown box. It was just in clear cellophane. Shouldn't it be on a consumer box from the company that makes it? Being that this was bought for a gift I am extremely dissatisfied and probably won't purchase anything else from Groupon.
