Simple advice and simple recipes. Easy to follow instructions with pictures. Gave as a gift a couple weeks ago so am waiting to see the \"flat belly\" results.

I would have liked to try the diet but I am not willing to live without coffee. I think many other people would have a problem with this issue too.

Really great book, lots of choices for food, that are very yummy. You don't feel corralled into bland or space choices that leave you hungry or staring at your plate woundering what the heck your about to ingest

The recipes are okay....I just wish every single recipe had pictures there are barely any pictures of the recipes
