Klipsch KLI-R20B Sound Bar with Wireless Subwoofer
Envelop your living room or man cave in a wash of brilliant sound with this sound system, which includes a wireless sound bar and subwoofer.
Wireless Subwoofer: Deep Bass, Flexible Location
The subwoofer heightens the drama of movies and TV shows by sending the thud of footsteps or the roll of thunder rumbling around the room. Its wireless connectivity extends to both external electronics and the sound bar itself, which syncs via 2.4GHz wireless connection. As an active subwoofer, it contains its own speaker driver and amplifier, which results in bigger, more room-filling sound than that from a passive model.
Bluetooth: Stream Wireless Music, Internet Radio, and Podcasts
Bluetooth lets you stream wireless music from an enabled mobile device, leaving you free to mingle with guests, clean the house, or do yoga—all without interrupting the music. Moreover, Bluetooth plays your favorite songs over the system’s speakers, filling the room with richer sound than most smartphones, tablets, or laptops can.
Dolby Digital helps you feel the passion in an actor’s voice, the beat of a song, and the gravity of a video game’s final battle. It enhances everything from movies to MP3s by elevating what you’re most likely to hear, such as heated dialogue or an ominous door closing, while suppressing static and other background noise. The result is clear digital sound in everything from home theater systems to wireless headphones.

Paul W. Klipsch had a simple desire: he wanted hear a live orchestra in his living room. He didn’t literally want a whole, live orchestra in his living room, because classical musicians are notorious for eating your food without asking. But he wanted re-create the experience of being at the symphony every time he played his music. He ventured into a tin shed in Hope, Arkansas in 1945 and soon emerged to patent the Klipschorn. The speaker’s horn-loaded technology subsequently ignited the high-fidelity sound movement, earning Klipsch a spot in the Engineering and Science Hall of Fame.
Now based out of Indianapolis, the Klipsch family applies its horn-loaded technology to products such as home-theater systems, sound bars, and headphones. Full-scale concert halls and theaters also use the company’s audio equipment, which you can hear firsthand at the 24,000-seat Klipsch Music Center outdoor amphitheater in Noblesville, Indiana. As for the Klipschorn, it’s still manufactured today and has remained nearly unchanged for more than 65 years.
