Nikon D3100 14.2MP 1080p Digital SLR Zoom Camera Kit with 18–55mm and 55–200mm AF-S Lenses (Refurbished)

Loaded with features such as Nikon’s step-by-step Guide Mode, the D3100 is designed to make taking pictures and recording video feel easy right out of the box.

Magazine-Worthy Pictures
Everything you shoot, from soccer games to African safaris, pops with color and depth so vivid that you don’t just remember the moment, you recall what it felt like. 14.2 million effective pixels render a super-fine level of detail, and vibration reduction stabilizes the image if your hands shake.

11-Point Autofocus System
Subjects don’t stay in position for long, usually because they hear an ice-cream truck on the next block. Whenever they move, the camera’s 11-point AF system automatically adjusts. This feature also helps on active shoots that require you to change position fast and often.

Record Video in Full HD Resolution
For moments better preserved in video, switch over to recording. Full-time video autofocus keeps subjects sharp even during moments of high action. You can even do basic video editing when playing footage back on the 3” LCD display.

It came with absolutely no instructions which is a problem because it is difficult to know what the different symbols mean (i.e. flash - no flash etc) No flash card either.

The product itself is great; I am really enjoying the ability to take long-range pictures with good resolution. Having two lenses is awesome! My only complaint is that I was not expecting the camera to be red. There was no indication anywhere that I recall, and not in any of the descriptions I've seen since that it would be red. The picture was of a black camera. I think that's very misleading. Some people would love getting a red camera; I would have preferred a black one. I think you should have made it an option when ordering. Fortunately, the color doesn't affect it's picture-taking abilities. :)

This product is exactly what was stated and works perfectly. I'm enjoying taking pictures with it and will likely add some components (flash and more lenses) soon.

The camera performs quite well, especially for entry level DSLR (a backup body for my D7100), but the bundled lenses are the non-VR versions (no image stabilization). I plan to sell them, anyway, but market value of lenses is far less than the VR versions, and they are far less useful to someone who plans to use them than the VR lenses. Nikon hasn't made these since the days of the D40 (2005?).

Very dissatisfied. Sadly, I had to return The product because it was damaged. The camera monitor had a 3cm scratch on it. The command dial which is the most important button was not working. In addition, the camera did not bring a user manual.
