Pioneer Elite 7.2-Channel Network-Ready AV Receiver (Refurbished)
The Pioneer Elite AV Receiver can channel the power of a pop ballad or the fire of a full symphony into up to seven channels of your home-theater system. Its efficient design can sustain high levels of power to multiple speakers for entire movies, all without overheating or suddenly shouting “uncle”.
Dynamic D3 Amplifiers
Sound and Vision wrote,”The SC-71 kept its top end sweet, its bass substantial, and its soundfield intact during high-decibel movie apocalypses.” Pioneer’s D3 amplifiers are the key to this versatility; they’re designed to bring out the best of both high and low tones in sound formats like Dolby True HD and DTS Master.
HDMI Connections for All Your Devices
The receiver includes an impressive eight HDMI inputs and two HDMI outputs, so there’s plenty of room to connect multiple video-game consoles, Blu-ray and DVD players, and other devices. The input ports scale up the video quality of older DVDs and media, so you can watch everything in the highest possible resolution, including 4K Ultra-HD.
Play from Mobile Devices and Apps
AirPlay and HTC Connect let you sync your iPhone, iPad, or Android device with the receiver, so you can listen to streamed content and playlists on your home-theater system. You can also access content from preexisting accounts with Spotify Connect or Pandora.

If you’re going to name your company Pioneer, you better back it up. Fortunately for the electronics firm with that name, it has done so for several decades, designing innovations that soon became ubiquitous, such as the laser disc (a precursor to CDs and DVDs), automotive CD player, car GPS, DVD player, and plasma HD display. The company that is now Pioneer dates back to 1938, when Tokyo resident Nozomu Matsumoto opened a speaker shop in his garage. He couldn’t have imagined many of the products Pioneer makes today, with state-of-the-art stereo-speaker equipment for the car and home, as well as DJ equipment that enables users to finally create the long-clamored-for dubstep remix of “Mary Had a Little Lamb.”
