This is my first bidet seat purchase although I have used them many times during travels to Japan and S. Korea. Did extensive research and bought the Bio Bidet A8 when Groupon was offering it at a tremendous price last week. The product was shipped directly from BBC Innovation, the company that makes Bio Bidet. It was delivered via FedEx ground. I was a bit wary about the "hybrid heating" as the A8 contains a small water tank plus in-line heater. The advantage is no initial cold water shock and endless warm/hot water supply. The small water tank makes the back part of the seat a bit bulky, it is not as sleek as bidet seat that has in-line heater only such as the Toto S350 e which costs several hundred dollars more. However, I quickly got used to the look and really enjoy the endless warm water supply (you can up the water temperature to 39 C which is 102.2 F). When the lid is down the A8 bidet seat has a very nice profile (most of the bidet seat marketing pictures on all brands of bidet seats show the seat with the lid down). It looks really cool when you turn the blue LED light on, it lights up the inside of the bowl. Water pressure, position of the nozzle, seat heating are adjustable and work well. I just had the seat installed yesterday so I am still learning to use all the buttons on the remote control. My friend who installed the seat told me installation was a breeze and took him 15 minutes. The A8 only comes in white elongated, it fits my Kohler Wellworth toilet perfectly. I tried the "auto" function a once, the 3-minute drying time was sufficient to dry my bottom :-) The A8 has a 3-year warranty (first year 100%). I contacted Bio Bidet Customer Service several times, my questions were answered promptly either by phone or email. So far I am very happy with the A8. Will definitely look for a similar Bio Bidet product for my other 3 bathrooms.
