I've owned a Boostcase and that worked reliably, was easy to switch out batteries (I iwned two because I need a lot of battery power for work, and held 1.5 charges. The Ventev is hit or miss. It charges the battery when I haven't turned it on, it doesn't work consistently, and it doesn't fill the battery all the way. it's also a whole process to take off the case if you want to switch out the battery part of it. Plus the buttons are so recesses that you can't get to the controls as easy as you can with a Boist, which is almost flush to the buttons. At ten bucks you won't get value and convenience, but you will get what you paid for.
