Before Heather Martinez got so good at motivating women to get in shape, she had to get in shape herself. You wouldn't know it, but Heather—a fitness instructor and wellness coach today—used to be 170 pounds overweight. It wasn't until she changed her lifestyle and lost that weight that she realized her passion for helping women of all shapes and sizes be healthy. Now, she leads boot camps that focus on strength, endurance, balance, and agility and include measurements at the beginning of each month. In addition to the group fitness, she also works one on one with guests during personal training and personal coaching that hold women to their goals with motivation and accountability.
