Justin Saitta founded the colorful NY Line of Hair Design in 1980 with the goal of forging personal bonds with each of his clients. Now, two decades and four WARM 101.3 Best of Rochester awards later, Saitta and his team of stylists continue to consult with each visitor and custom craft haircuts that are perfectly suited to individual looks and lifestyles. Stylists also help visitors avoid bad hair days with suggestions about daily care, regular salon upkeep, and not wearing mop buckets as hats. Mani-pedis and hair removal keep body parts looking fresh, and makeup specialists prep customers for special occasions such as proms, weddings, and wedding-themed superproms.
The Body Essential's skilled team of massage therapists, aestheticians, and holistic-wellness practitioners are on mission to encourage relaxation and rejuvenation. Though they all ease ailments ranging from migraines to depression, their methods vary greatly. The massage therapists alleviate injury with targeted deep-tissue and shiatsu techniques. Craniosacral therapy, reflexology, and reiki healing ease stress, as do AromaTouch sessions, which employ plant-based dōTerra essential oils to balance the chakras.
After graduating at the top of her class from at the Salon Professional Academy in aesthetics in 2010, licensed aesthetician Lisa Leone began pampering her clients with a full roster of facials, waxing, and body treatments. Professionally trained in western massage and eastern modalities, Rachel Derenda specializes in Swedish and chair massage, and is educated in reiki, reflexology, and effective treatments for sciatica. Clients can also visit The Body Essential’s boutique to pick up dōTerra essential oils, mineral-based Bailey Cosmetics, and Mother Earth pillows filled with natural grains, herbs, and spices, which can be heated to soothe aching muscles or season a turkey dinner.
Working together for nearly 20 years, Delicately You's body-care specialists each practice a unique set of skills that leave clients' feeling more beautiful inside and out through services including hair removal, facials, and massage therapy. Owner and experienced electrologist Nina Cristantello-Lindauer uses a computerized system to permanently remove unwanted body hair and calculate each strand overall sigma level. In addition to electrolysis, teammate Sandy Hood depilates physiques through natural sugar- and soy-based methods, as well as rejuvenates skin with intense pulsed light therapy. Therapist Bill Walker, the male of the trio and a member of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals, applies more than 10 massage techniques to ease maladies ranging from achy heads to heady aches.

Spa in Motion's mobile team of experienced therapists
perform relaxing services in the privacy of their clients'
homes or hotel rooms. Adept hands soothe aching muscles and joints with deep-tissue, aromatherapy, and signature couples modalities, or deep-cleanse pores with custom facials. Additionally, sea-salt body scrubs and mud wraps restore skin's youthful glow. Spa in Motion also specializes in organizing parties, which include candles and soothing music to complement the treatments.
Sarah Gretzinger’s specialty, body-contouring wraps, is so popular that she hosts wrap parties for groups of friends at her company, Wrap Your Body Back Spa and Esthetics. Her talents extend to massages, facials, and mani-pedis. But knowing that her growing clientele wanted more, she brought in certified makeup artist Paje Pokjowy to accentuate facial features and apply false eyelashes. Finally, reiki master Kelly Richard joined the team, adding holistic-health services, such as ear candling, to the spa's menu of services.
