  • Mighty Mud Dash
Clean running clothes have no place at Mighty Mud Dash, a 8K-challenge course that beckons runners of all fitness levels to plunge through stretches of mud in search of glory. Friendly competition is encouraged as waves of runners forge a path through more than 20 rugged, slippery obstacles—including wall climbs, cargo net-covered crawls, 30-yard mud-filled trenches, and a sprawling tarp slide. Though the main race is only open to competitors age 14 and older, a scaled-down 100-yard obstacle dash welcomes children as young as 6 to test their agility and endurance. After the competition, participants gather for celebration and music at the post-race party, where they can rinse off or roll all over an expensive white velour sofa to a soundtrack of upbeat tunes. A portion of the proceeds from the event benefit the work of Boot Campaign, a national non-profit organization dedicated to cultivating awareness, promoting patriotism, and providing assistance to military personnel past and present and their families.

  • THE DJ DASH LLC
The DJ Dash may have two D's in its title, but the run's philosophy hinges on three: disco, dash, and dance. Runners sport disco-inspired outfits, or other ridiculous costumes?one past runner dressed as a bottle of mustard?while they dash, untimed, down the course. Along the way, they jam out to high-octane DJ sets peppered with throwback classics. Finally, at the finish line, the sundown event morphs from a run to a full-blown dance party, where patrons wave glowsticks and LED lights while a live DJ provides the beat.

  • The Color Buzz
When the sun goes down, The Color BUZZ brings its own brand of color to the night. Racers come dressed in white and bedecked with glow sticks and glow-in-the-dark tattoos, then run through five stations that spray them with UV-reactive dyes which react to the course's lights and lasers. From foam, to rain, to snow, the course hammers its racers with all the elements of color, before welcoming them to an after-party featuring a DJ and a laser show.

  • Foam Party Run
Held in cities across the country, the Foam Party Run gives 5K enthusiasts a chance to dash through a wall of suds without getting arrested outside the laundromat. During this much cleaner alternative to a mud run, you'll move at their own pace to the beat of pop tunes blasted by a resident DJ, who also presides over the end-of-run party. Free swag and a suds-soaked dance-off caps the run in suitably high-energy fashion.
